Bio
As Director of Product Strategy and Experience Design at Code & Theory, I bridge the gap between strategic vision and practical implementation across diverse digital ecosystems. My expertise lies in orchestrating the development of complex digital products that deliver measurable business impact while meeting evolving user expectations.
With roots in Germany and professional experience spanning two continents, I bring a global perspective to digital product design and management. Since joining Code & Theory in 2019, I've guided cross-functional teams in creating innovative solutions for a diverse client portfolio, including Expedia, TechCrunch, Stanley Black+Decker, Chase, Cartier, Gartner, Fluent Health, and Pfizer among others.
My leadership approach emphasizes collaboration and cross-functional capability building, helping strategists and designers adapt to emerging technology platforms, and developers co-create strategic frameworks and design systems. I spearhead internal initiatives to refine our methodologies and toolsets, ensuring our teams are prepared for the changing industry dynamics, user behaviors and expectations.
My multidisciplinary background enables me to navigate the entire product lifecycle with confidence – from initial research and discovery through strategic planning, design execution, and continuous optimization. I excel at translating complex business challenges into comprehensive product systems and cohesive user experiences that drive meaningful outcomes.
I hold an MA in Digital Management from Hyper Island in partnership with Teeside University of Manchester, complemented by a diploma (German BA equivalent) in Marketing Strategy from Design Academy Berlin.
