Bio

As a director of product strategy and experience design, I provide strategic leadership across project teams, agency departments, and client relationships. I have deep expertise in building complex brand experiences, cross-platform ecosystems, digital products, and personalized services. My work to date encompasses various industries, business needs and use-cases. I’ve led initiates from kick off through deployment ranging from complete applications (web and native) for D2C and B2B services, brand design systems and toolkits for specific user groups such as marketing or editorial, or more focussed products such as a cross-brand SSO & Consent management solutions, among others.

Originally from Germany, I joined Code & Theory in 2019 after a decade in the marketing and design industry in Germany and the U.S. During this time, I contributed to award-winning digital brand and product experiences for clients such as Marriott, Chase, Cartier, IKEA, IBM, Nestlé and Mercedes-Benz. At C&T, I mentor strategists and designers and lead internal initiatives to enhance processes and our teams’ capabilities based on evolving digital platforms and tools, as well as user behaviors and expectations.

My background in design, production, and strategy enables me to manage projects from research and discovery through design and execution, always with a focus on solving the business challenge and delivering on the user/customer need. I’m a graduate of the Swedish creative business school Hyper Island with an MA in digital management in partnership with Teeside University of Manchester. Prior, I studied at the Design Academy Berlin with a diploma (German BA) in marketing strategy.
